Profile Projector
Profile Projector RPP-12
For accurate magnification, maximum luminosity, great contrast, uniform resolution to the edge of the screen, freedom from distortion of the images. It is supplied with standard lenses with magnification 25x and 50x for contour projection. The maximum visible part of the object on the screen are 11.2mm and 5.6mm respectively. The screen size is 330mmx380mm (13"x15"). The maximum diameter and length of work accommodated on the stage are 40mm x 150mm respectively. It is having wooden storing cabinet with lock and key for safe custody of lenses etc. The height and weight of the instrument is approximately 1448mm (4'-9") and 68 kg respectively optional available magnification 10x.

Charpy Impact Specimen U/V Notch Test
Charpy Profile Projector RPP-250C is designed as per requirement for impact sample gap, metal charpy impact test method. The instrument confirm to the test in U-Type and V-Type as per processing quality of impact specimen. The comparison is directly visible on the 250mm optical glass screen at 50 times magnifications. These are strictly designed according to the ASTM E 23, IS 1499 - 1977, IS 1757 - 1988 standards.
The instrument magnifies the impact specimen gap's outline & projects it on to screen for comparing with standards. This helps to check whether the tested specimen gap is within tolerance or not as per International Standards. The comparison is directly visible & operation is very simple with high accuracy.

Profile Projector RPP-3000
Profile Projector Model RPP-3000 series is suitable for all types of measurements and inspections in different industries. Inverted image is projected on the screen. The equipment ensures high accuracy in dimensional measurements and surface inspections.
300mm dia screen is made of fine ground glass and has cross hair 90° solid lines, rotatable through 360° with vernier reading to one minute of an arc and having detachable four clips to hold comparator charts. The precision Micrometer Measuring stage with Rotary measuring stage is mounted on the table. The circular graduated angle is divided into 360° screen rotation. The counter displays upto +370° range, ABS/INC mode switching, Zero Set. Angle reading : Built-in Digital counter (LED), Resolution : 1’ or 0.01° switchable. Life long smooth movement is assured by the incorporation of hard steel balls both in longitudinal and transverse slides.

High resolution objective lenses are bayonet mounted and specially designed for profile projection. Optical system is telecentric & having vertical illumination with adjustable condenser lens. The basic instrument is supplied with 10x a multi-element coated projection lens. Optional lenses 20X, 50X and 100X (Additional Attachment) are also available as per requirement. Magnification accuracy +0.1% or less in case of contour illumination and +0.15% or less in case of surface illumination is maintained.

Contour illumination light source is through 24V-150W Halogen bulb with telecentric system & sharp twin condenser. Half reflecting mirror for surface illumination, light source is through 24V-150 Watt Halogen Lamp with 2 step high/low switch is provided for brightness. Heat absorbing filter & cooling fan is also incorporated. Built in noiseless and vibration free blower for powerful cooling fan system. Heat absorbing filter also fitted for optimum cooling. 300mm dia screen is made of fine ground glass and has cross hair 90° solid lines, rotatable through 360° with vernier reading to one minute of an arc and having detachable four clips to hold comparator charts. The precision Micrometer Measuring stage with Rotary measuring stage is mounted on the table. The circular graduated angle is divided into 360° screen rotation. The counter displays upto +370° range, ABS/INC mode switching, Zero Set. Angle reading : Built-in Digital counter (LED), Resolution : 1’ or 0.01° switchable. Life long smooth movement is assured by the incorporation of hard steel balls both in longitudinal and transverse slides.
High resolution objective lenses are bayonet mounted and specially designed for profile projection. Optical system is telecentric & having vertical illumination with adjustable condenser lens. The basic instrument is supplied with 10x a multi-element coated projection lens. Optional lenses 20X, 50X and 100X (Additional Attachment) are also available as per requirement. Magnification accuracy +0.1% or less in case of contour illumination and +0.15% or less in case of surface illumination is maintained.
Measurement units are available in standard micrometers, digital micrometers, digital readout & data processor as per customer's requirement. DR & DP are having built-in X / Y LED display.
Contour illumination light source is through 24V-150W Halogen bulb with telecentric system & sharp twin condenser. Half reflecting mirror for surface illumination, light source is through 24V-150 Watt Halogen Lamp with 2 step high/low switch is provided for brightness. Heat absorbing filter & cooling fan is also incorporated. Built in noiseless and vibration free blower for powerful cooling fan system. Heat absorbing filter also fitted for optimum cooling. Profile projector with coaxial surface illumination are used, where the prime observation/ measurement requirement are of surface deep cavity etc.
Coaxial surface illumination – An illumination method whereby a work piece is illuminated by light transmitted coaxially through the objective lens for the observation/ measurement of the surface.
